In my search for the Mini that I wanted, Mini North Scottsdale was the only one close to Reno that had the one that I was looking for. It was my most pleasant auto purchase experience and I have already recommended the dealership to a friend who is quite likely to purchase a Mini. I subsequently brought the vehicle in for hail damage repair. I got an appointment that was convenient(I live 100 miles from the dealership) and the repair work was perfect, and the car was ready on time. You can't ask for much more from a dealer. More

His vast knowledge of the differences between the Cooper, Cooper S and Clubman S greatly helped me decide which MINI was perfect for me. I was able to take each car for a test drive(the Clubman S was an automatic), Drew explained the various finance programs(lease, standard, and MINI Select), and he also listed the advantages of ordering a MINI from the factory versus buying one off the lot. The service is outstanding. Our Mini "died" in our driveway. The dealership sent a flatbed to pick it up, replaced the battery, and returned it to us on a flatbed all on the same day (and we live 140 driveway. Every time I have a dealing with MINI North Scottsdale, I can always know that they will handle everything. There is something to be said for customer service and not having to act on the defensive and make can always know that they will handle everything. At MNS, they tell me everything I have to know and always have time to explain the answers to my "girl questions" =) Haha... Memorial Day weekend I flushed my keys down the toilet. No joke. I was towed to MNS and the Manager called me to make sure I was safe. He made a phone call and was able to get me a rental on a holiday - when no one was open. I can't even explain how much of a lifesaver it was. Mini N Scottsdale has always been a pleasure to work with. It is my pleasure to tell everyone to go check them out! Thank you :) More
