I have been a loyal customer of Daniel’s BMW for many years and have purchased several cars here. When I returned a loaner vehicle, one of the attendants waved me inside, then told me to remove my belongings, and place them on the counter while he went to get my car. The way it was communicated came across as rude and disrespectful. Normally I am politely asked to park alongside the loaner so I can remove my personal items comfortably. This time, the interaction felt dismissive and lacked the level of courtesy I have come to expect.
