Back in 2014 we test drove a Countryman with Lauren, but ended up finding one of the last 5 door Clubman at another dealership. Lauren is great to work with and extremely knowledgeable. The experience was completely friendly and smooth. I dislike shopping for cars, and really dread the inevitable, "What can I do to get you to choose this car/drive away with this today" pitch. Matt was relaxed, cheerfully pulled car after car off the upper lot for us to drive, and answered every question with patience. He dealt with my husband when he realized that my teaching schedule did not allow for easy contact, and he made himself readily available through the entire process. Great experience. More
