Once I made my decision of which mini I wanted, the process went smoothly. We made some modifications regarding tires, but the vehicle was ready in 2 days. I financed almost half which went well too. I was just taking my 2020 Mini in for inspection and was going to read while I waited. Well, Lauren, my sales person, was there, we got to talking and she said do you want to drive a new 2027? I thought w going to read while I waited. Well, Lauren, my sales person, was there, we got to talking and she said do you want to drive a new 2027? I thought what the heck! Once I got in the car, I knew I was sold. The comfort, safety, stability, navigation, just too many features to mention! It was a huge jump from my last mini. I bit the bullet and bought her the same day! I got a great trade in deal, and my car was in wonderful shape and sold the next day! This is the third mini I have bought from Lauren. She is so knowledgeable, professional and easy to deal with! She does a great job as well as the other members of the Mini team - Robin Cox and his team and finance! I love my Mini Countryman(not so mini) anymore! More
