My 2015 Mini informed me it was time for service. I stopped by the dealership and Robin checked the key fob for status and set up an appointment. Mini 40,00 Mile Service Despite having 2 technicians away (training and vacation) my 40,000 mile service appointment went about as smoothly as I could expect. The service inc Despite having 2 technicians away (training and vacation) my 40,000 mile service appointment went about as smoothly as I could expect. The service included new brakes, state inspection, oil change etc, so overall the car was done and well cleaned in about 3 hours. The service personnel were friendly, efficient, and kept me informed on the progress of the job. Also had a nice chat with Lauren Leabman (salesperson that I worked with in puchasing my mini). We talked about the new electric mini...maybe someday! More

Great service experience! I bought my 2012 mini hardtop from a online dealer, but less than two weeks after I had to bring it in for service due to some warning lights. I inquired online whether they dealt from a online dealer, but less than two weeks after I had to bring it in for service due to some warning lights. I inquired online whether they dealt with third party warranty repairs. I got a response right away and made an appointment with the offer of a courtesy loaner. Luis was professional and kept me updated regularly throughout the two days my car was in their shop. They also offer the ability to schedule appointments online or by phone. I was also able to communicate through email with Luis. More
