Whirlwind Day I have enjoyed getting to know Robin Cox in the service department over the past year. It was the upside to a somewhat challenging time with a used Co I have enjoyed getting to know Robin Cox in the service department over the past year. It was the upside to a somewhat challenging time with a used Cooper S I bought from a friend. While I loved the car, it was having repeated internal issues, and today was the day to take a turn in the direction of a newer car. Robin was very helpful. He connected me with Lauren Leabman, who walked me through my options. I wanted a standard transmission with the fun, gritty experience I had come to enjoy in the Cooper S. I ended up trading in the Cooper S and purchasing a used Countryman which was perfect - 2nd generation standard transmission! In the process Robin, Lauren, Brian, Luis, and Keith made the day very pleasant. I truly enjoyed the experience, and would highly recommend this team of car professionals. It was an answer to prayer.
