Going the extra mile I took my 2018 Mini Clubman in for it's first oil change and routine maintenance check. Robin Cox from the service department found that three of my 4 tires needed to be replaced, he dealt with the Tire insurance company, provided me with a rental car for 5 days until the tires came in and assured me that while the car had some damage - it wasn't a big deal to fix. Robin was extremely thoughtful, professional and helpful. He made a frustrating situation as pleasant as it could be. More

Robin Cox and Luis are the best. Robin and Luis saved us yesterday just as they were closing. We were driving 30 miles from Allentown when the "check engine" light came on.
