They took my information including desired service and asked if I needed transportation. Not much else needed to proceed. Furthermore, on almost no notice, I had to change the courtesy ride to pick up my Mini and they accommodated without question. Robin, my service consultant, kept me informed and actually saved me a few dollars with his recommendation NOT to proceed with my request for tire rotation as it wasn’t needed. Good experience overall! More
