Lauren and Keith were awesome in making the transaction flawless. They delivered as promised, and listened as well as acted upon the few requests we made. Lauren was able to explain all the bells and whistles that came with our new Countryman with great aplomb and fervor. She was able to secure the color and style Countryman that we requested. Needless to say, we are very pleased with our new Mini. More

Service excellence this time 2019 Countryman just in for 24,000 mile check and inspection. Very good experience I have been to this dealer many times over the past few years. My MINI has over 150,000 miles on it and they have probably replaced everything under I have been to this dealer many times over the past few years. My MINI has over 150,000 miles on it and they have probably replaced everything under the sun that has worn out! They have ALWAYS treated me with such kindness and respect- gone out of there way to accommodate me when needed. Robin and Luis are both wonderful. BOTH very much an asset to this dealership!!
