Incredible Service!! I took my second Mini to have the brakes checked out and to get winter snow tires. I've only had it since April. I love it! Luis Rodriguez is my service manager and he is Always professional, courteous and very customer oriented. He facilitates the work on the car and always lets me know exactly what's going on! Then he'll give me a loaner if needed or I get a ride to the local mall. This time they drove to me to pick up the loaner and give me my Mini! It was great. It's a great team - they provide great service and are knowledgable about warranties and rebates. And they' explain them well so I never miss out. Easy peasey Matt was low key. I bought a used Mini Cooper that looks brand new. Easy no haggle fair price. I’d been looking for a while. Considered even goin Matt was low key. Considered even going out of state until I found out the hidden fees ($699 document fee in NJ. $999 reconditioning fee not shown in the advertised prices . $1000 penalty if you pay cash, etc). After not hearing from me for a while Matt sent me a funny email to see if I was looking. I’d missed out on a few other cars I had been considering. Matt sent pics and stats of cars that met my requirements. I bought one that had just came in. They had it detailed and certified pre owned in record time. I love my mini and highly recommend this dealer and Matt. Since it’s listed below I will comment... the only thing he didn’t do was introduce me to service department. But it’s really not a big deal.
