They Stand Behind The Cars They Sell We bought our 2015 Countryman S All4 from MINI of Allentown in the summer of 2018 as a Certified Pre-Owned Car, with an excellent warranty. We return We bought our 2015 Countryman S All4 from MINI of Allentown in the summer of 2018 as a Certified Pre-Owned Car, with an excellent warranty. We returned this Spring (2019) for our first service and State inspection since buying the car, and the technician discovered a problem with the window washer that we had not realized where the washer pump was not working properly. So, as part of their service they replaced the faulty pump with no questions free of charge. Now, honestly, this is my idea of doing business properly! It took a little longer as we waited for the car, but if I have to wait anywhere, the best place to be is with friendly people "and" where there are plenty of MINI's to look at while waiting on our car's service. Kudos to a great crew at MINI of Allentown! More

However, my usual service manager was out for the day, and Luis took in my car without an appointment, and already being swamped with a large handful of other appointments.
