Easy peasey Matt was low key. I bought a used Mini Cooper that looks brand new. Easy no haggle fair price. I’d been looking for a while. Considered even goin Matt was low key. Considered even going out of state until I found out the hidden fees ($699 document fee in NJ. $999 reconditioning fee not shown in the advertised prices . $1000 penalty if you pay cash, etc). After not hearing from me for a while Matt sent me a funny email to see if I was looking. I’d missed out on a few other cars I had been considering. Matt sent pics and stats of cars that met my requirements. I bought one that had just came in. They had it detailed and certified pre owned in record time. I love my mini and highly recommend this dealer and Matt. Since it’s listed below I will comment... the only thing he didn’t do was introduce me to service department. But it’s really not a big deal. Mini of Allentown is great! It was a pleasure working with Lauren and the rest of the team to lease a new mini. Best part was that I did not experience any pushy sales tactics. Service Bought a mini at a second hand dealership and After 30 days noticed oil drips. Stopped in and spoke with Robin and he suggested all point inspection. He called me and explained what problem was and cost. He also explained some other issues that should be taken care of. I had the repairs done and when I picked up he explained things to watch for and type of oil that had to be added from time to time. When I left after picking up car was running better then when I bought. I did notice antenna was missing after picking up. I called and spoke with Robin and he said no problem we will take care of it, which it was done. I very happy with the service and will continue to bring for the regular required service. More

Again knowing from our past experience we were a little apprehensive about how this experience was going to be..UNTIL we met Lauren Leabman! We were greeted with excitement, enthusiasm which made us feel welcomed and not so intimidated like other dealership sales people.
