I have a 2013 Mini Countryman S All4, and didn’t know I had a problem until an oil pressure warning appeared. These things happen, but showing up at 4pm before a shop closes at 5pm and from very out of town, normally doesn’t happen and isn’t usually welcome. Welp, without any issue, I had my fully packed Mini brought into the shop and my issue solved within an hour. I was stressed because my Turbo was replaced by a different Mini shop, in a different state, a few thousand miles earlier and I thought it had fully blown nearly 4 hours from home with my family and I traveling from Maine. Wife, kid, and I, were given a snack, water, and a place to stretch before being sent on our way. on time and under budget. Thank you again. I really do wish you were an hour away, I would definitely drive to get my car serviced. Everyone was pleasant, they had a comfortable waiting room, a couple old school minis in the showroom where you can see from where Mini came to where they are now. Thanks again, you rock! More

Excellent Service I took my 10 year old Mini Cooper in for the hatch not latching after being opened. They replaced the latch and everything is working great now. They found the oil level very low, they had to add 2 liters to bring it up to full. Great find since I had it at another Mini dealership for a problem service 2 months ago and they did not let me know anything about the oil level. I really like that they do a MPI World Class Inspection on your car. You get a print out of it to help you make you service decisions. More
