My dad has been getting amazing customer service so I knew I had to take my mini there as soon as I got it. The service department did everything for me. Robin went above and beyond to help me at my first visit this evening at Mini of Allentown. They did an amazing job servicing my mini as well. They all had incredible customer service and were all so friendly. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. They even washed and vacuumed my car for me :) Can't wait to bring my mini back. Cooper in for service Took my '09 Cooper S in for a continuing rattle. Problem was found but at a cost to fix higher than the vehicles value. Luis got the cost down to a ma Took my '09 Cooper S in for a continuing rattle. Problem was found but at a cost to fix higher than the vehicles value. Luis got the cost down to a manageable number. The bad part is the rattle continued. A week later fixed again, at no cost to me. Luis works with/for you. I do think it's time to trade this car in though. More

I have a 2013 Mini Countryman S All4, and didn’t know I had a problem until an oil pressure w The shop went the extra mile for someone that rushed in. I have a 2013 Mini Countryman S All4, and didn’t know I had a problem until an oil pressure warning appeared. These things happen, but showing up at 4pm before a shop closes at 5pm and from very out of town, normally doesn’t happen and isn’t usually welcome. Welp, without any issue, I had my fully packed Mini brought into the shop and my issue solved within an hour. I was stressed because my Turbo was replaced by a different Mini shop, in a different state, a few thousand miles earlier and I thought it had fully blown nearly 4 hours from home with my family and I traveling from Maine. Wife, kid, and I, were given a snack, water, and a place to stretch before being sent on our way. on time and under budget. Thank you again. I really do wish you were an hour away, I would definitely drive to get my car serviced. Everyone was pleasant, they had a comfortable waiting room, a couple old school minis in the showroom where you can see from where Mini came to where they are now. Thanks again, you rock! More
