As good as their word My 2014 JCW coupe recently developed a transmission problem. MINI of Allentown got me in for service within a couple of days, confirmed the problem (r My 2014 JCW coupe recently developed a transmission problem. MINI of Allentown got me in for service within a couple of days, confirmed the problem (rare for MINI 6-speed manual transmissions), and replaced the transmission under warranty with no fuss or bother. After picking up the car, I had some questions about the new transmission and called Robin, my service advisor. Robin arranged for me to do a test drive with the technician, Ryan, that had done the work. Ryan explained the work he had done, drove the car with me, and confirmed the transmission is working the way it should. I really appreciated Robin and Ryan taking my questions seriously and going out of their way to answer my questions to my satisfaction. This is my typical experience in dealing with MINI or Allentown, both in sales and in service. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a MINI. More

Very professional service department. I am pleased with the service I received the last two yearly visits at Mini of Allentown. I brought our 2016 Cooper S Countryman for yearly inspectio I am pleased with the service I received the last two yearly visits at Mini of Allentown. I brought our 2016 Cooper S Countryman for yearly inspection and maintenance service 2 years now. We live in about 100 miles away so we always wait in the Service Lounge while the car is being serviced. The Dealership and service lounge are very comfortable and pleasing to visit. As far as service goes I am very picky about how I care for my vehicles. I always feel that the car is properly serviced when I leave there. It gives me peace of mind that our Mini is in top shape for any trips that we take. This year we will go on the MTTS Eastern Tour and I know that we will have no problems during our approximately 5000 mile trip.
