Jolene was extremely educated on the MINI vehicles and will make you feel comfortable throughout your whole experience. They were also able to work with the budget that I had and make sure I was alright with the payments moving forward which I greatly appreciated. More
Excellence I just had my car inspected and an oil change. Robin called to give me a price and also asked when I would like to pick up my car. He also asked if I wanted my tires rotated for better wear on the good ones. It was ready on time and was sparkling clean on the inside and out! I saw my sales rep, Lauren, when I arrived and received a welcoming hug! The Mini experience is excellent. I'm always treated with respect and courtesy. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a pleasant buying experience. Bravo! More

Repair and Service Brought my MINI in for tailgate module testing with data being forwarded to the BMW home office. Once data was sent a new tailgate module would be installed. After the module was replaced the car was sent to the body shop for repair . All of the service and repair was handled with the utmost professionalism and I am well pleased with the results. I want to thank Anna from the BMW Regional Office for listening to what happened and taking care of the issue with courtesy and respect. I would also like to thank Robin Cox, my Service Advisor, for handling the car from start to finish; the end results were beyond my expectations. Also, thanks to Lauren Leabman and Keith Rentschler for selling me this great car; I've put 9000+ miles on this car since mid-September and it performed beautifully. More

My service advisor has a wealth of knowledge he’s always happy to share and goes the extra mile ensuring a flawless visit. When I pickup my car after servicing it always feels like its brand new again. Not sure how they do that but I’m always smiling. So kudos to the technicians as well.
