Excellent Service I recently purchased a used Mini Countryman. Come to find out it had a number of issues with it. I took my vehicle to Mini of Allentown to have it ch I recently purchased a used Mini Countryman. Come to find out it had a number of issues with it. I took my vehicle to Mini of Allentown to have it checked out and serviced. They found multiple problems with the car which would end up costing me thousands of dollars in repairs. I purchased a warranty through Mini and left my car for service. The expertise and knowledge that the Client Advisor Luis Rodriguez showed me made me feel comfortable knowing that my car was in good hands and that he would help me out any way possible. He and Mini have gone above and beyond any experience I have had with other dealerships. Though I hadn't purchased my mini at the dealership they treat me as if I bought the newest car they had on the lot. I will 100% be making my next purchase there. Having previously worked at a Volkswagen dealership and interacting with other dealerships, Mini of Allentown in my opinion provides the better service I have seen yet so much that I have praised them on social media and recommend them to all of my friends and family. I look forward to my next visit and dealing with top notch Sales and Service. More

Robin was great The check engine light on my 2011 MINI Cooper S came on during my commute in to work on Weds. I called MINI of Allentown and they were able to get m The check engine light on my 2011 MINI Cooper S came on during my commute in to work on Weds. I called MINI of Allentown and they were able to get me in the very next day. I took my car in and I talked with Robin who I explained what the issue was and he said they'd get right on it. Not too long after, Robin came to me over in the waiting room to tell me they hadn't found anything (just a mis-fire code) but they had checked various things (wires, plugs, coil, cylinder compression, etc) and found all was good. He did state that I might want to look at the rear bushings sometime in the future. Since my car is due for inspection in Feb, I set up an appointment early next year to get both done! The staff at MINI of Allentown are all great! More
