Stress Free Experience My wife and I have been taking our countryman to be serviced with Luis at the Allentown Mini since we moved to the area. On one of the visits, we met Jolene who introduced herself to us and asked about our overall experience with our current vehicle and made excellent recommendations on how to become more adjusted to our new town. Overall, she was friendly and genuinely interested in our experience and kept us up to date on the latest mini news and promotions. Recently, we made the decision to consider trading in our countryman for a new one and Jolene was the first person we went to see. She spent over an hour discussing the various models and financing options for a new vehicle. Through the summer, we did a lot of traveling and discontinued our discussion of obtaining a new vehicle, but Jolene was always in communication with us about our options and changes in promotions. Ultimately, when things settled down, we decided we wanted to lease a new 18' countryman. She went through all of the available options in the store location, checked the region, and ultimately located the exact car we wanted. She was in touch with us every week on the status of the order. Overall, Jolene is one of the best sales reps that I have had the pleasure to encounter. When discussing car options, she was not pushy. When discussing financing the vehicle, she was open and honest. She made it a priority to spend the time discussing all of the options and made no assumptions about what she believed we wanted. Normally price negotiations can be uncomfortable, but she made the process simple because of her honesty and sincerity. We are very fortunate to have the opportunity to work with Jolene with our recent purchase and look forward to our continued relationship. Jolene was my highest recommendation not only because of her skill as a sales representative, but because of her patience, kindness, and honesty.
