We traveled about an hour and originally came just to look and do a little window shopping. We left that day with the gears in motion to purchase our new car. Jolene was fantastic and very knowledgeable when it came to Minis. She is truly an asset to the Mini sales team. We drove a couple of cars and decided on a Countryman. We purchased a used Mini, but we were treated like we just bought a new Rolls Royce. The day we arrived to pick up our car, there was a sign on the door greeting us and before we got in and drove away...there was a huge red bow on the hood. I have to say, it was probably one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Everyone we dealt with at Mini was equally as nice and helpful right from the sales to the financing. Great job Mini of Allentown! Keep up the great work and customer service. When my husband is ready to get another, which he eventually will be, the first place we're going is right back to your dealership. More
