I used to be loyal to another brand, but was interested in MINI from the start. I finally decided to make the switch and visited a number of other MINI dealers shopping for the right certified Clubman. Part of the difference with this experience was that MINI dealers tend to be different than other dealers. Considerably better than most and on a par with the best of the other brands. The difference at MOA was Lauren. She took the whole experience to a new level. I've never felt so good during and after a used car purchase. I drove a fair distance to see this car and drove it home that night. I went back the next day to pick up the car I drove there in. If the rest of the dealership does business the same way that Lauren does, I want to move closer to give them more business. Thanks Lauren! More

We handed Keith the brochure of the Mini I had built online and amazingly he had the exact car being shipped from Belgium the next day. That car, built by Lauren, was exactly the car we wanted, with all of the options and colors. We also want to thank Lauren for the personal touches she had for us on the day we took delivery; a big RED Bow was on the car and a Welcome Sign was posted on the front door with our names listed - very cool. We started our search for a new car at MINI of Allentown this ti When we bought our first MINI, the dealership we bought the car from was adequate. We started our search for a new car at MINI of Allentown this time, instead of going to the dealership we bought our first MINI from. WE did this because we have been using MINI of Allentown for service for years and the service department has always served us well. Our overall experience was good. The MINI of Allentown sales department was fair in the pricing of the new vehicle and the trade-in value for our 2013 MINI hardtop. Like all car deals, you always wonder if you could have done better. Considering that this model has only been on the market for 2 months, I think that we did as well as we could have. This MINI dealership was willing to move in a positive direction for us so I do feel that the deal was reasonable. The sales person was very attentive and helpful without being too pushy. The Sales Manager was very helpful and personable (both good traits). The only negative part of our experience was the amount of time it took to actually drive away with the car. The paperwork was done in a reasonable amount of time but we had to wait an additional 2 hours to sign the paperwork due to a disconnect between the sales person and the business office. It made for a very long day. That being said, we will continue to deal with them and would recommend that others visit this dealership when looking for a used or new MINI. More
