MINI of Allentown

SO Easy! I had scheduled an appointment with Matt to test drive a used Mini Countryman, after emailing back and forth for a day or two about the vehicle and my I had scheduled an appointment with Matt to test drive a used Mini Countryman, after emailing back and forth for a day or two about the vehicle and my general requirements for a "new" vehicle. From the first email to driving off the lot, Matt was 100% focused on me - or at least he made me feel that way! Even when we were waiting on my vehicle and he was helping other clients, he made it a point to check on me, offer water, etc. An all around genuine person. From the beginning of my test drive, he acknowledged another Countryman available on the lot that met my list of requirements - except for the price. Although I was tempted, I knew test driving a vehicle out of my price range was dangerous. So, I avoided it, and tested the car I was there to look at. I liked it, but had other test drives (at other locations, GASP!) scheduled for the day and I wanted to be unbiased for all drives before I made a decision. I did, however, get more information on the other Countryman before heading to the next location. Matt was wonderful at explaining the differences in pricing because all the other stats seems similar - it was the warranty. I was already planning on adding a warranty with whatever vehicle I purchased, but the other Countryman still had it's original warranty in tact, making it more expensive - and actually around the same price as the other I had driven. I went about my day realizing that "other" Countryman - the one I didn't test - could be 'THE ONE'. So, I drove the other cars, they weren't what I needed....and headed back to Matt. Drove the other vehicle and decided "let's do it". From there it was all paperwork and determining price points and what can be added to the vehicle the same day so I can drive it off the lot. All was agreed upon within a half hour and all of a sudden, I was just waiting to finalize paperwork and drive my new baby off the lot! Such a wonderful experience and I'd recommend Matt and Mini of Allentown to ANYONE. Now, what do I name my Countryman?! More

Our 2nd MINI was the quickest decision we ever made in purchasing a car. Matt did a great job in finding our first "trial" MINI for us.
