Amazing car buying experience! The process of buying a new car can be daunting, but MINI of Allentown made it such a pleasant experience! It is a no pressure atmosphere, and they ma The process of buying a new car can be daunting, but MINI of Allentown made it such a pleasant experience! It is a no pressure atmosphere, and they make sure the customer is happy with the car they select. We dealt with Jolene and Rich. The integrity of MINI of Allentown is something not found in most car dealerships these days. My car was a 2014 demo car. They made sure the car was looked over by their mechanic and detailed. The process took a week which I appreciated. They did not rush the process, which most dealers would do so they could quickly close the sale. MINI of Allentown has set the bar as to how a car dealership should operate! I wish everyone could buy a MINI Cooper from this dealership! More

Fantastic, start to finish My Nissan was coming up on the end of the lease, so I was looking at several different cars as a replacement. I have no local MINI dealer, so I went to MINI of Allentown since it was the closest option. Very glad that I did! I arranged for a visit with Lauren, and she walked me through all of the options that were available. She was excellent with all of the pre-sale communication, and when I decided that a MINI Countryman would be my next vehicle, she help with all of the details. Service department I've had two experiences at this service department and both have been unprofessional and extremely unpleasant. The service department manager Luis is extremely unprofessional. When I gave him my warranty he literally rolled his eyes. He couldn't have been more dismissive or ride. The first time I paid out of pocket. I had to make 10 phone calls in which NONE were returned.. I would avoid this place like the plague. Morristown mini has been professional and helpful. Drive there if you can. More
