I was expecting the friendly service that is endemic to Mini dealers, but Lauren far surpassed that with a thorough knowledge of the brand, the technical details, and a true passion for these cars. I don't expect sales folk to know the answer to every question, but when I threw a few curveballs to Lauren, she did absolutely the right thing - said she'd get back to me, got the information from the manufacturer or her service folks, and got back to me promptly. Can't ask for more than that! In short, Lauren is a real pro and a pleasure to purchase a car from. She'll give you everything you need to know up front, will communicate with you promptly and effectively, will give you a great tutorial when you get your car, and doesn't laugh too much when you spill coffee on your new car in the showroom before you've even driven it. :-o More

He was super-knowledgeable about the new Minis coming out and could not have been more enthusiastic and helpful in assisting me to "make" my new car (selecting the features individual to my tastes). Matt kept us up-to-date with the order placement and progress of my car as it was made at the factory, then shipped. I picked up my 2014 Mini yesterday and truly could not be more pleased.
