We took our old mini there and were welcomed as one of the family even though we did not purchase our mini there. Jolene was our saleswoman and she assisted us when we decided to purchase a new Mini. She was so kind and helpful. She didn't try to oversell anything and really listened to what we wanted and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Between her and Rich who was the sales manager, they really made us feel like one of the 'Mini family'. They took care of most of the paperwork without us even having to be there which was very stress relieving. Overall, I loved this place and can't say enough good things about it. I've already begun referring family there. More

Lauren helped me bring "Vader" to the States from Oxford! Lauren knew I was in the market for another MINI to replace my 2009 MCS. She occasionally called me with pre-owned MINI's that were available as in Lauren knew I was in the market for another MINI to replace my 2009 MCS. She occasionally called me with pre-owned MINI's that were available as initially that was what I was shopping for. As time passed I just couldn't find a pre owned MINI that looked and had exactly what I wanted. So I got online and created my dream car. As soon as I was done creating exactly what I wanted, I sent Lauren the PDF and made an appointment with her. With her help I was able to fine tune my choices and "Vader" was born! A black MCS with red stripes and a little bit of pizzazz! He went into production in Oxford, England on November 20 and was at MINI of Allentown and ready for pick up on December 28th. On December 30th I picked him up. After a half hour of pre arranged paper work and sometime going over some of the in's and out's of the vehicle with Lauren I was on my way home. It was a wonderful 2+ hour drive home! Lauren has been very responsive to any questions I have had and I look forward to future dealings with her and the MINI of Allentown team. More
