I was expecting the friendly service that is endemic to Mini dealers, but Lauren far surpassed that with a thorough knowledge of the brand, the technical details, and a true passion for these cars. I don't expect sales folk to know the answer to every question, but when I threw a few curveballs to Lauren, she did absolutely the right thing - said she'd get back to me, got the information from the manufacturer or her service folks, and got back to me promptly. Can't ask for more than that! In short, Lauren is a real pro and a pleasure to purchase a car from. She'll give you everything you need to know up front, will communicate with you promptly and effectively, will give you a great tutorial when you get your car, and doesn't laugh too much when you spill coffee on your new car in the showroom before you've even driven it. :-o More

Checked out the MINI site, customized one that I wanted, didn't get to sleep being that excited, the next day, contacted MINI of allentown, spoke with Matt Murphy, drove down after work for 1.5 hrs to get to dealer, couldn't let it pass for another day or else sleepless nights would be creeping from the excitement. Goal for that test drive, was just to feel how the Countryman ride is, just to check if it is what I really wanted and if it would suit me. Matt was very accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable on the vehicle details. Test drove it,,loved it,,,couldn't stop from smiling..and then that was history,,I ordered my MINI countryman that night,, still up to this date, felt so unreal/shocking that at that night, I decided to purchase my first MINI. Matt assisted me with every details of it, a very big thank you to Mr. Richard "Rich" for working out a great deal with me. Throughout the 7 wk process until my MINI countryman was delivered this date, my Motoring Adviser, Matt Murphy, is the greatest, he was very patient with my many unrelenting questions due to my excitement, responded to my inquiries very promptly.
