Service department I've had two experiences at this service department and both have been unprofessional and extremely unpleasant. The service department manager Luis is extremely unprofessional. When I gave him my warranty he literally rolled his eyes. He couldn't have been more dismissive or ride. The first time I paid out of pocket. I had to make 10 phone calls in which NONE were returned.. I would avoid this place like the plague. Morristown mini has been professional and helpful. Drive there if you can. More

We bought a pre-owned car at mini- with my kids along- and it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Jolene was very friendly and accommodating with the kids. She gave them lots of goodies to play with and talked with them like they were family! It was truly a great experience.. in and out in no time. I also felt I got an excellent deal for the car. We shopped around a bit and felt like we were getting "sold" at other dealerships. I don't think we'll ever go anywhere else ever again! More
