This is my first Mini (I leased a new 2013 Mini Cooper S Convertible) and the entire sales experience at Mini of Allentown (Pennsylvania) was excellent. Mike listened carefully to my vehicle and price requirements, and immediately followed up with me via e-mail and then over the phone, and we quickly settled on very fair deal. And he knows his product and was happy to share his own experiences with the brand. I took delivery of the car a few days later at the very clean and attractive dealership after they installed a few options for me. Mike made the entire sales and delivery a breeze. Lauren was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions and worked to find solutions in areas where there was potential for problems. She offered to have our car washed while answered all of our questions and worked to find solutions in areas where there was potential for problems. Lauren made this a pleasant experience for me. She also knows every inch of the vehicles inside and out and the differences between the models. Just leased our 2nd mini in just under a year. The experience with Lauren was so great the first time I had to go back to her again. Once you find the car you like, it's like all the pressure is off o experience with Lauren was so great the first time I had to go back to her again. Once you find the car you like, it's like all the pressure is off of you. Even if finding the car you want takes a going over a few different models/features etc. She was just as pleasant and fun to be around when first meeting me, and equally as pleasant after 2 hours of me changing my mind, and getting her stuck there late (again!). I would highly recommend her for all of your mini needs. She is fun, knowledgeable, helpful and certainly helps to make the buying process even more exciting than it already is. I think she gets just as much excitement getting customers into minis as they get buying them. We went there once, we went back a second time, and in 2 AND 3 years, we'll be there again! More

I was quite impressed with Lauren. She was outgoing and very friendly and , at the same time , very professional . She knew the Mini brand inside and out and was able to answer all my questions .
