This was by far the best service experience that I have ever had. They took my car in with only one day notice, did all of the repairs, washed it, and delivered it 130 miles back to me. Dealing with Matt was a very pleasant experience. As soon as we arrived he came outside and greeted my wife by her first name. The absolute best car buying experience I've had in 40 years of buying/leasing cars. The sales staff are very versed in their product. My salesman listened to all my needs in a car and showed me the packages available that met those needs. The MINI online design tool is invaluable when it come to designing a car. Once I was up to speed on the website and understood how Mini builds their cars, I could go home and try out all the variations available and see what the final MSRP is on each change. I could then sit down and negotiate the final pricing with all the cost factors in hand. The sales staff and especially Mike Aumann are very professional and everyone was willing to answer my questions even if was not their direct customer. I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. When my car was delivered everything was perfect and the saleman took all the time I needed to understand all the electronics and settings. He followed up several times afterward to make sure I was still okay with all the workings of the car. The dealership was very clean and everyone prided themselves on their facility. They went out of their way to make sure all my needs were met and my questions answered without being pushy. This is a fantastic place to do business. More

Drove 1 hour to stop in to get the wheels taken off my car after I lost the wheel lock key at an autocross. It took 45 minutes for service to tell me they didn't have a key, even though the wheel locks ar car after I lost the wheel lock key at an autocross. It took 45 minutes for service to tell me they didn't have a key, even though the wheel locks are from MINI. Drove to a local BMW Dealer who searched for, but didn't have the key. Within 5 minutes they offered to blast the locks off, order a key, and ship it to me while I was away on business. That's how to do costumer service. Response to Mini Dealer- The Dealer attempted to contact through website, was away on business so was unable to respond. No offer was made to break off the wheel locks-I was only told sorry, and I would have to order a new set and wait, even though I was assured over the phone they had the key master in stock. However, while I was waiting, I did repeatedly hear the tech complaining to the BMW side of the dealership over the phone that they were taking away all his help. I finally had the situation resolved at a Mini dealer in Virginia, which while extremely busy, took the time to have one of their techs remove the bolts within 1/2 hour of my arrival. Final Update- Spoke with the GM on the phone-was very apologetic, and had looked into the situation above. Appreciative of his efforts. More
We had a great experience which started with many emails since we live 1.5 hrs away. Mike connected with us, sent info, answered all our questions with emails and phone calls and went out of his way to acco since we live 1.5 hrs away. I was very disappointed when I found out I couldn't get a purple Mini shirt because it was not available in my size. I was equally pleased when 1 week after I took delivery of my Mini Matt sent me a custom m purple Mini shirt because it was not available in my size.
