I was very disappointed when I found out I couldn't get a purple Mini shirt because it was not available in my size. I was equally pleased when 1 week after I took delivery of my Mini Matt sent me a custom m purple Mini shirt because it was not available in my size. Ken and I are very pleased with our Mini. We are also very impressed with Mini of Allentown. We had a problem with our Mini on the second day we owned it and Mini of Allentown not only fixed the car, bu very impressed with Mini of Allentown. We had a problem with our Mini on the second day we owned it and Mini of Allentown not only fixed the car, but also Towed the car back to our house on Monday, it had been towed to Allentown on Sunday evening. Also everyone we had contact with were extremely polite and friendly. The person who sold us the car, Lauren Leabman, was excellant and extremely helpful and is still very helpful everytime we call. Great experience overall. From selecting the car and options to teaching me how to drive a manual transmission car the staff was phenomenal. Plus, I show up to pickup my new 2012 mini cooper S and sig options to teaching me how to drive a manual transmission car the staff was phenomenal. Plus, I show up to pickup my new 2012 mini cooper S and sign the paperwork and what do they tell me… they are honoring a new promotion giving me an extra $250 off. They could have let me sign the paper and I would have been none the wiser and just as happy. What kind of dealer gives you free money, a great one that's who. Not to mention I love my car!! Every other car I have driven is an appliance the Mini is an experience. Every time I stop back I am greated by name and given all the help I need.
