Honestly one of the easiest, quickest, and best car buying experiences. Went to Daniel's BMW looking for an X1, but noticed the MINIs next door first. Having had a MINI in the past I wanted to peek at buying experiences. Went to Daniel's BMW looking for an X1, but noticed the MINIs next door first. Having had a MINI in the past I wanted to peek at the newest models. Lauren was immediately there to help, but totally not pressuring or aggressive in the least. Answered all my questions about the newest MINIs and even helped me check out a BMW model, too! Lauren was amazing. She knew EVERYTHING about each MINI in stock, I was in awe! She knew what they had and if I wanted to take a peek at something she would point me to a model with that feature or color so I could see it in person. She was so amazing to work with. Fast to respond to anything I asked, super fun to talk to and just a pleasure. Thank you Lauren! The process and end result was me leasing a new MINI Countryman and it's amazing. All the features and the color combo I wanted. Great price. Great trade. Amazing experience all around. And also one of the quickest experiences... although it had to be split over two days because of the time of day (and I didn't have my trade with me the first day), the total process was less than 3 hours from test drive to driving away! Finance manager was a pleasure to work with and never pressured me. They also really valued my past relationship from my prior MINI. Just a pleasurable experience all together. First off this was a 10 star experience, and you only have 5. This is our 2nd. new Mini purchase and everything just could not be better.
