I have dealt with the same salesperson for 12 years.....Matt Murphy. Matt makes every purchase trouble free. He is very attentive, honest, knowledgeable, friendly, soft spoken and never pushy. I have custom built 3 minis....it is so fun sitting down with Matt and putting things together. He is always filled with helpful suggestions as are the other sales people. Matt stands by every sale. Moving onto the finance dept.. Clint Peters (finance manager) takes the anxiety out of this process. He explains every detail with honesty and integrity. I have never encountered a surprise when signing on the dotted line. Service department is so reliable. Maintenance is always completed in a timely and professional manner. I have visited and shopped other mini dealerships ....they are fine but they aren’t Mini of Allentown. Mini of Allentown is superior.
