We could not be happier with our entire experience with Jolene and Mini of Allentown. We met Jolene in August of 2020 to let her know we were interested in purchasing a new Mini Convertible in the Spring o Jolene and Mini of Allentown. We met Jolene in August of 2020 to let her know we were interested in purchasing a new Mini Convertible in the Spring of 2021. When we met again in Feb 2021 and began the ordering process, she happily informed us that we would be able to order a 2022 model but that production would not start until March 2021 and our Mini might not be delivered until June 2021. Surprisingly, the production started early and we picked up our new Mini Convertible on April 5, 2021 - two months earlier than we had expected! Jolene kept us updated with Emails - and pictures - throughout the process! And when we arrived to pick up our new Mini, Jolene provided thorough explanations of all of the features and technology so we were prepared for our ride home!
