The service department manager Luis is extremely unprofessional. When I gave him my warranty he literally rolled his eyes. He couldn't have been more dismissive or ride. The first time I paid out of pocket. I had to make 10 phone calls in which NONE were returned.. I would avoid this place like the plague. Morristown mini has been professional and helpful. Drive there if you can. More
I visited MINI of Allentown for service for the first time today, and my experience was fabulous. Although I’ve owned a 2005 MINI Cooper for years, I’ve always had my local mechanic work on it, becaus time today, and my experience was fabulous. Although I’ve owned a 2005 MINI Cooper for years, I’ve always had my local mechanic work on it, because it’s more convenient for me. Last week, I made an appointment because my power steering was kaput – months ago, I had received a letter from MINI explaining that they had extended my warranty coverage for that system, and I decided to bring it in to them. I spent only 1.5 hours in their funky lounge (complete with coffee, biscotti, stereo, TV, leather sofas and dog treats), while Luis took great care of me – ultimately presenting me with a $0 bill (the work was covered under warranty) and a sparkly car that had just been cleaned! He was cheerful, efficient and pleasant and deserves kudos for taking such good care of customers. I will be back, that’s for sure. They have a loyal customer now. I spent a good bit of my time in the lounge, drinking coffee and picking my next MINI’s paint colors. More

Having your car towed in for unexpected repairs is never fun, to say the least, but our service experience at your dealership renewed our confidence in Mini. From start to finish, everyone we dealt with at Mini of Allentown (especially yourself) was positive, professional, personal, and genuinely attentive to our needs. Beyond the prompt handling of our car's needed repair, the additional info regarding the courtesy vehicle inspection, complementary car wash, and loaner car while ours was being serviced are all truly appreciated. Above it all, though - being met with a handshake and a smile when I returned to pick up my car meant the world to us. I will gladly return to Mini of Allentown for all my future needs, and would recommend your dealership to others without hesitation. Please feel free to share my appreciation with others. This was by far the best service experience that I have ever had. They took my car in with only one day notice, did all of the repairs, washed it, and delivered it 130 miles back to me. Drove 1 hour to stop in to get the wheels taken off my car after I lost the wheel lock key at an autocross. It took 45 minutes for service to tell me they didn't have a key, even though the wheel locks ar car after I lost the wheel lock key at an autocross. It took 45 minutes for service to tell me they didn't have a key, even though the wheel locks are from MINI. Drove to a local BMW Dealer who searched for, but didn't have the key. Within 5 minutes they offered to blast the locks off, order a key, and ship it to me while I was away on business. That's how to do costumer service. Response to Mini Dealer- The Dealer attempted to contact through website, was away on business so was unable to respond. No offer was made to break off the wheel locks-I was only told sorry, and I would have to order a new set and wait, even though I was assured over the phone they had the key master in stock. However, while I was waiting, I did repeatedly hear the tech complaining to the BMW side of the dealership over the phone that they were taking away all his help. I finally had the situation resolved at a Mini dealer in Virginia, which while extremely busy, took the time to have one of their techs remove the bolts within 1/2 hour of my arrival. Final Update- Spoke with the GM on the phone-was very apologetic, and had looked into the situation above. Appreciative of his efforts. More
Had rubbing sound from fans when ac was active.Had to travel out of state the next day and stopped by to see if car was safe to drive, not expecting a repair. In 1 1/2 hrs problem for my 05 Cooper S was travel out of state the next day and stopped by to see if car was safe to drive, not expecting a repair. In 1 1/2 hrs problem for my 05 Cooper S was diagnosed (needed power steering fan motor that was in stock) and the car was repaired on the spot while I waited. Great job Guys! More
