On the day I picked up my car, he made me feel completely at ease and truly welcomed. Nadia, the finance manager, was also fantastic. She clearly explained all the available services without any pressure, and was very kind and professional throughout. I later followed up with her about my license plate, and she was prompt and helpful every single time. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I made an appointment, showed up early and due to construction and missing signage, was at the wrong building. No one tried to assist me. Finally a sales person asked what I needed and directed me to construction and missing signage, was at the wrong building. No one tried to assist me. Finally a sales person asked what I needed and directed me to another building. Again, no immediate assistance or greeting upon arrival. Once checked in it took 30 minutes for my vehicle to go into service. A 90 minute appointment turned into 4 hours because a service appointment is only to check in with a service tech and doesn’t guarantee when your car will be worked on. Will look for a new dealership for my next service. Very disappointed with the timeliness of service at this location. More
