The folks at MINI did a great job. I came in to the dealership with some idea of what I wanted. Brian helped me find the right mini for me I ended up with the classic Chili Red with a White top. I was looking for a more economical vehicle to drive the 145 mile commute to work 2-3 times per week. I had been driving a Suburban and was very interested in purchasing a used MINI. MINI Of Annapolis was the first dealership I went to because it was closest to my home. I had never driven a MINI before, but I had done my research, and knew of several used vehicles in a 50-mile radius. Brian greeted us right away and asked what we were interested in. There were only 4 used MINI's on the lot at the time, and none of those appealed to me, but Brian answered ALL of my questions in a very knowledgable manner. Even with all the research I'd done, Brian taught me so much more. Knowing I'd never driven a MINI, he recommended I take a test drive, starting with a 2012 automatic Cooper, then a 2012 auto Cooper S and then finally, a 2013 manual Cooper. All were great choices, but very different. Brian explained about the incentives going on at the time, which helped us make our decision. I ended up with a 2013 Cooper, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. After finishing up the paperwork, which was an extremely easy process considering I had a DE driver's license and no insurance card with me, Brian showed me all the many features of my new car. He made sure I was comfortable with it before leaving and told me not to hesitate to contact him if I had any questions. I made a fairly large downpayment by personal check and the dealership was very accomodating in accepting it. Although I set out looking for a used MINI, I ended up with a brand new one, with only 19 miles on it at a price I was more than happy with. I drove from Stafford Virginia to Mini of Annapolis (1.5 hour drive) after I found two Mini Roadsters I was interested in on the internet. As soon as I stepped into the dealership, I was immediately greeted by the Sales Manager, Jerry Todd. When I told Jerry I was interested in looking and possibly purchasing one of the Roadsters, Jerry introduced me to Brian Horan. Brian took me outside, walked over to the cars, and started telling me the difference between the cars and their accessories. Brian suggested I take one of them out for a drive, which I did. I immediately fell in love with it and knew I wanted to purchase one of them. When I returned to the dealership, I couldn't decide on which color I wanted but Brian and Jerry were both very patient with me and never rushed me. After much thought, I finally chose the Pepper White one and Brian walked me inside and started preparing the paperwork. He then began explaining everything about the car, warranty, etc., in great detail. He answered every question, no matter how big or small it was. I would HIGHLY recommend Brian, Jerry and the Mini of Annapolis dealership to anyone that is thinking of purchasing a Mini. It's definitely worth the drive! I stopped by the dealership on a whim, knowing that I wanted to buy a used Mini in the next four months. But there it was, the 'perfect' car for what I wanted. Sean came out to the lot, offered to answer wanted to buy a used Mini in the next four months. But there it was, the 'perfect' car for what I wanted. Sean came out to the lot, offered to answer my questions, then we went for a test drive, he developed a pricing estimate, and there was NO PRESSURE at any time. I took information with me and then went on my merry way. Later that day, I searched Carmax and CraigsList and discovered that the price at the dealer was about $2K less than anything I could find for comparable cars (age, features, mileage). I contacted Sean by phone and using email and fax, I submitted the paperwork that same day to start the purchase process. Not too long ago, I moved to the east coast, so I have a Washington state drivers' license, an apartment in DC where I work, and am moving to Maryland. He and Brian helped me figure out the logistics of pulling it all together so by the time I drove away from the dealer in my NEW Mini the following weekend (I had to go back to DC for the work week), everything was done with the car purchase, car registration (license plates, tags) and my new drivers license -- that last one they clearly didn't get me my driver's license, but they were super flexible and helped me think through the order of things to avoid long delays or confusing paperwork. All in all, it was a fantastic experience. I would go back to these guys anytime. I highly recommend this dealership. And, of course, I'm really really happy with my new, beautiful Mini! More

This was by far the best car buying experience that we've ever had. I worked out a deal with Andrew online, no hassles. We worked out a discount of $1700 before going to the dealership to place the order. When we went today to place the order Andrew took his time with us to answer questions and gave us a car to test drive before finalizing our decision. Absolutely no pressure! It was actually a fun experience. More
