I arrived at the Mini Dealer just one hour before the closing time. Tom Hamel greeted me immediately and began informing me about the many mini coopers. He took time to show me several of the options available and the difference between the models. The test drive was the actual selling point for me. Hamel explained the features of the mini which made driving the car an eye opener. I was looking for a car that was easy on the gas, but also having an unique style of its own. Due to the professional service I was given, I returned the next day to narrow my search. Hamel allowed me to take my time to consider the ride and model that I wanted without being pushy and remaining patient. I eventually made a decision on the Countryman. I paid a little more than I planned, but that was not the fault of Hamel. I will recommend this dealer and salesman to others. More
I was so impressed with our sales advisor Tom Hamel. His professionalism, quick response to my inquiry, and knowledge of the MINI product/brand was impressive. He was a great partner in finding, delivering professionalism, quick response to my inquiry, and knowledge of the MINI product/brand was impressive. He was a great partner in finding, delivering and presenting a beautiful red convertible S MINI as a "surprise early Christmas present" to my husband from his sister and brother-in-law. In the past, I have found that buying a car can be stressful and tenuous; however, I did not experience those things working with Tom. Additionally, Tom spent 2 hours "teaching" my husband about all the wonderful options on his new car, and has offered to continue to assist him at any time should he need additional lessons, which I suspect my husband will need. We have a beautiful, well-equipped car supported by a dealership and sales advisor that puts customer service first. Who could ask for more? Merry Christmas! More

Really enjoyed working with Sean. When we got to the dealership, the car we were interested in had just sold. To say we were disappointed did not begin to describe it. Having owned a Mini back in the UK, I knew what to expect from Mini. However from my 1st visit to when I collected my Courtyman and the aftercare I have recieved, Thomas and the rest of the Team have preform from Mini. I highly recommend Mini of Annapolis and look forward to future dealings with the Team. More
I had to trade in my 2009 Mini (manual transmission) because of shoulder trouble. I loved this car and hated to see it go, but found another love in a 2012 Mini with automatic transmission. Laguna Green because of shoulder trouble. I loved this car and hated to see it go, but found another love in a 2012 Mini with automatic transmission. Laguna Green is beautiful! Mark was very friendly and went the extra mile in order for me to make my decision. No pressure but helpful. Easy to finance as well - great experience all around and will go back there for my next mini! More
I purchased my first MINI, a new 2009 MCS cabrio, from Mark Mickely back in September 2009. Although I was pretty much sold on buying a MINI before I walked in the door, the entire buying experience was Mark Mickely back in September 2009. Although I was pretty much sold on buying a MINI before I walked in the door, the entire buying experience was the most pleasant, hassle free one in my entire (and extensive) car buying career. MOA delivered a car that fit my wish list within 72 hours of my first visit to the dealership. Over the past 2 years of ownership, MOA has serviced the car in a responsive and professional manner. In addition, they have installed Stage 1 JCW mods in 2009 and 2010 with some special customer service tweaks that made spending $$ on toys a lot of fun. I've got over 40K miles on the car now - it's been a great car. The whole experience has transformed me into a MINI fanatic, and a loyal customer of MOA. If you are considering a MINI, buy one - the cliche "it will change you life" is more than a cliche. If you want a competent dealership that makes the transaction, ownership and servicing an enjoyable experience, give MOA a try! More
Great experience from first visit to final purchase. When I first dropped in the showroom, I didn't know if I wanted a MINI or not. I needed time to check out a few other makes of automobiles, and MINI of Annapolis allowed me that time, while also checking in with me periodically to see where I was in the process. I received emails notifying me of special events and incentives that were coming up, and these were very helpful in my making a decision; I found myself leaning toward the purchase of a MINI, but I wasn't sure if I wanted to order what I wanted or wait and see what might come in by the end of the year. In the meanwhile, Mark remembered features I was seeking and notified me immediately when such a model had just arrived (literally) in a new shipment. I was able to rearrange my schedule, went out to view the auto, took a few hours back at home to make a decision, and then put down a deposit. The rest of the process through settlement went very smoothly. Mark was prepared for me when I arrived, Brian completed additional paperwork, and then Mark introduced me to my new car. There were way more features to the MINI than I even realized, and that has added to the fun of driving and getting to know my new car. More
