I went to this dealership with great trepidation because the BMW side of the business has had such a bad reputation in Annapolis. I was pleasantly surprised to have an overall great experience from the tim the BMW side of the business has had such a bad reputation in Annapolis. I had scheduled an appointment online to drive a used car, but by the time I had arrived another customer had test driven and decided to purchase the car I had come there for. Tom Hamel came outside to greet me and spent a lot of time (most of his day) looking over and driving various models to help in my decision. I settled on a Clubman S and so far am so completely psyched about the car. The car is completely loaded and I expect I will be coming back for help to get the fulldriving experience. Tom has made himself available as I go through this learning curve and I cannot say how helpful and appreciative I am for that open availability. Great experience, thanks! More
