The folks at MINI did a great job. I came in to the dealership with some idea of what I wanted. Brian helped me find the right mini for me I ended up with the classic Chili Red with a White top. I was looking for a more economical vehicle to drive the 145 mile commute to work 2-3 times per week. I had been driving a Suburban and was very interested in purchasing a used MINI. MINI Of Annapolis was the first dealership I went to because it was closest to my home. I had never driven a MINI before, but I had done my research, and knew of several used vehicles in a 50-mile radius. Brian greeted us right away and asked what we were interested in. There were only 4 used MINI's on the lot at the time, and none of those appealed to me, but Brian answered ALL of my questions in a very knowledgable manner. Even with all the research I'd done, Brian taught me so much more. Knowing I'd never driven a MINI, he recommended I take a test drive, starting with a 2012 automatic Cooper, then a 2012 auto Cooper S and then finally, a 2013 manual Cooper. All were great choices, but very different. Brian explained about the incentives going on at the time, which helped us make our decision. I ended up with a 2013 Cooper, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. After finishing up the paperwork, which was an extremely easy process considering I had a DE driver's license and no insurance card with me, Brian showed me all the many features of my new car. He made sure I was comfortable with it before leaving and told me not to hesitate to contact him if I had any questions. I made a fairly large downpayment by personal check and the dealership was very accomodating in accepting it. Although I set out looking for a used MINI, I ended up with a brand new one, with only 19 miles on it at a price I was more than happy with. I drove from Stafford Virginia to Mini of Annapolis (1.5 hour drive) after I found two Mini Roadsters I was interested in on the internet. As soon as I stepped into the dealership, I was immediately greeted by the Sales Manager, Jerry Todd. When I told Jerry I was interested in looking and possibly purchasing one of the Roadsters, Jerry introduced me to Brian Horan. Brian took me outside, walked over to the cars, and started telling me the difference between the cars and their accessories. Brian suggested I take one of them out for a drive, which I did. I immediately fell in love with it and knew I wanted to purchase one of them. When I returned to the dealership, I couldn't decide on which color I wanted but Brian and Jerry were both very patient with me and never rushed me. After much thought, I finally chose the Pepper White one and Brian walked me inside and started preparing the paperwork. He then began explaining everything about the car, warranty, etc., in great detail. He answered every question, no matter how big or small it was. I would HIGHLY recommend Brian, Jerry and the Mini of Annapolis dealership to anyone that is thinking of purchasing a Mini. It's definitely worth the drive!
