I arrived for my scheduled early morning appointments following up an a recall notice. After a two hour+ wait I was told the part the recall required would have to be ordered! What?!?! The purpose of the following up an a recall notice. After a two hour+ wait I was told the part the recall required would have to be ordered! What?!?! The purpose of the appointment WAS the recall and YOU DID NOT HAVE THE PART. I waited 2 hours to be told this! I asked to have a leaking tire that had been losing air since I picked up the car. The leak was confirmed on my just purchased car and I was charged over $200 for a new tire on my new car! I was told it would take 3 days for the recall part to come in. It has been WAY past three days and I have not heard a thing!!! What lousy service! And the “washed” car was returned wet and dirty on the outside and the inside. We have owned BMWs for decades. This is our first Mini Cooper and this is our first service call at this dealer. WHAT A LOUSY EXPERIENCE! More
