Customer Obsession? I am not sure what should I rate it... We spent ~1.5 hours with the Sales rep; confirmed what we want and when we want. I had a cut tire that need replacing. It was a flatless tire so I didnt get stranded. Got it home and had it towed in for replacement. Cost was reasonable and service dept. folks are great. My buying experience was outstanding the first time two years ago that when it came time to buy another vehicle I didn't think twice about where I was going to purchase from. Truthfully Mini is the only vehicle brand I have bought more than once in my lifespan of vehicle purchases and when I leased my Countryman in 2018 I knew I would most likely be in for a third Mini lease/purchase.
