Kohi was very friendly and professional. He didnt waste my time with annoying sales tacticts. He was not pushy at all and knows the product very well. This was my first time buying my very own car from a dealer. Mike Scholz was very friendly and I could see that he truly cares about his customers. Mike, on the other hand, did not seem to care whether the customer was here to actually purchase or to just simply test-drive. I could not make up my mind so I asked if I could test drive cooper, cooper s, and the one with a sports package, and his answer was always "Sure!" without any hesitation. Again, he was very friendly and I felt very comfortable asking him questions. I was satisfied with other service as well, the finance manager and other people were friendly, the experience with Mike was wonderful and I definitely recommend Nick Alexander MINI and ask for Mike! I couldn't be more pleased with my experience at Nick Alexander Mini every time I'm there. They treat everyone with such respect, they are very down to earth, and they never try to sell you anything you Alexander Mini every time I'm there. They treat everyone with such respect, they are very down to earth, and they never try to sell you anything you don't need. In fact, they'll tell you what services will probably become due for the next service and they'll never try to push you to get those services done before they're due. My service manager, Phil, is such a pleasure to work with that I actually look forward to taking my car in when it's due for its service just so we can catch up. Phil goes above and beyond making sure everything is taken care of with my car and I know when I get my car back, everything that needed to be done, is done. (Getting the car back nice and clean is always a plus too.) With this level of service, I know when I'm ready to buy another car, I'll be back to this dealership. More
All I have to say is that Khoi is awesome! He got me EXACTLY the car I wanted. Apparently my color pattern is hard to come by so he had to ship my baby in from out of state. Phil Gibson is a fantastic service advisor! I initially spoke with him on the phone and he managed to fit me in right away with a "no problem...come on in" friendly attitude. (I am heading to SF and my car spoke with him on the phone and he managed to fit me in right away with a "no problem...come on in" friendly attitude. (I am heading to SF and my car had been making funny noises so this was very helpful!). Upon arriving at the dealership, he greeted me and took the time to explain possibilities of my car's behavior - all in a very clear and concise manner.
