I was looking for a Mini Countryman lease. I found what I now call my "Mini Vacation". I love it. He even called me at work to let me know the status of my mini. Also, a loaner car was arranged for me. All staff at Nick Alexander were very friendly and accommodating. I've leased two MINIs through Nick Alexander and my experiences there have been very positive. Friendly staff, thorough, high-quality repairs/service. The dealership is quite a drive from where I live, downtown and south into Huntington Park, so my preference has always been to just wait there whenever possible. They have wireless, a great coffee machine, comfortable couches so I'm good to go. Phil Gibson, the service advisor, was very thorough in going over the issues with my car and the recommended service. Friendly and good communication too. I had to mark down "price" because these cars are just expensive to service (even with general maintenance covered). More
