I'm not sure what you could resolve at this late date. The time to resolve the matter was when I was at the dealership and BEFORE Mr. Martinez had the opportunity to demonstrate his lack of manners. I tried to address this matter with the owner of Escondido Mini, but Moe (the sales GM) has decided not to provide me with that contact information, so I will instead take the problem up with others (i.e., BMW, the general public, Cooper groups, etc.). Word of mouth is a strong sales incentive; it is also a very strong disincentive. Personally, I believe that you are not so much interested in resolving a customer's concern as you are in improving public appearances. I will, however, have my wife give you a call tomorrow (since Mr. Martinez was especially rude and disrespectful to her). I will continue my campaign against Escondido Mini.
