Service department is horrible. They do not communicate and they quote me different prices over the phone vs when they have my car. Then when I refused service and asked for my car They do not communicate and they quote me different prices over the phone vs when they have my car. Then when I refused service and asked for my car back they wrote in their notes to not longer pick up my car to make it seem I was being unreasonable for being upset at their lack of communication and giving me the run around with pricing. Also I always make an appointment for service and they never see my car within a reasonable time frame (they get my car at 10am and don't see it until 4pm) More
