Efficient service department but disappointed Carlos is gone My family has been loyal Infiniti owners for nearly 20 years and that's because of the great quality of the cars plus their strong reliability record. My family has been loyal Infiniti owners for nearly 20 years and that's because of the great quality of the cars plus their strong reliability record. Our newest Infiniti is an M37x which I had serviced at Fields this week. I really enjoy the luxe ride and assurance via the Infiniti CPO program. However, I am disappointed that my trusted long-time warranty service advisor Carlos is no longer employed at Fields Infiniti. Carlos was a huge help particularly in 2011 when Infiniti bought back my QX4 because it had a manufacturer defect so severe that the rusted out strut/undercarriage put my family at risk. Carlos helped me navigate the buyback through Morley and his counsel resulted in us returning to Infiniti to buy an EX35 to replace the salvage QX4. I will miss Carlos' counsel and experience. More

Scheduled maintenance I have been a fields customer for many years and the quality and customer service is what keeps bringing me back. Not only did they perform the regula I have been a fields customer for many years and the quality and customer service is what keeps bringing me back. Not only did they perform the regular scheduled maintenance but they replaced my battery that was leaking although it is part of the diagnostics it reassures me that they are making sure my vehicle is serviced properly More
