I received texts on my phone as to the progress of the service being done and it allowed us to plan on when the car would be ready for pick-up. The service technician was able to locate and fix a "rattle" I have had in the dashboard as well as perform all the other general maintenance needed. Upon picking up the car the technician was very helpful in assisting my wife in re-adjusting "her" driving seat settings. Overall it was a pleasant experience. More
