DO NOT trust them DO NOT trust this dealership, either its sales agents or the business office manager Chris Dibenardo, you will be ripped off and no one in this dealer DO NOT trust this dealership, either its sales agents or the business office manager Chris Dibenardo, you will be ripped off and no one in this dealership cares about you as soon as you purchase the car, they do have super shady practices and I would definitely consider this place as a class action material. If you still decide to go there for a car purchase, be aware or take a note of the following: 1- If you were promised to get your title, registration, or license plate in the mail, expect to wait for long time. I had to complain to BBB, the owner Dan Fields, IL attorney general and Infiniti customer relations in order to get the business office manager Chris Dibenardo to do something about it. He is all talk but no action, doesn’t care at all but to tuck in extra hidden charges, total slimy. My car’s paperwork had two mistakes on different occasions, as if I was dealing with amateurs or a dealer that just opened for business!! If I had a customer with delayed registration due to an error not of his fault, I would definitely try my best to work on that customer’s paperwork and get it done ASAP, assuming people usually care! I received my registration/title from the dealership after multiple complaints and frustrating emails to the dealership, 9 weeks after the sale date. It would have been 9 months if it was left to Chris. The prior general manager Tony Antonov helped out to expedite the process after Chris dropping the ball, Tony left the dealership so I was back to dealing with Chris. Very frustrating! Expect to have your car sitting in your garage with an expired temp tag hoping that this business office manager will have mercy on you and do something about it, just don’t get your hopes high, you will only get false info from them (alternative facts??). I paid car loan payments and insurance premiums for a car that I couldn’t drive. Thanks Fields Infiniti Glencoe. 2- They will do their best to tuck in so much hidden fees: When I bought my car, I was asked to pay additional $850 for registration! I looked up the registration fee estimator on the state’s DMV website and found out it is around $170!! I asked them to reduce the exaggerated fee and they did to $530, they claimed they charge extra and will refund the difference, and there is $85 third party titling fee. Don’t believe them, there is no refund, they will pocket the difference!! “class action case material”. When I asked for the refund; Chris, the business office manager told me over the phone that he doesn’t believe that I was overcharged the registration fees. I emailed him the online receipt from the DMV showing the $170 charged by the DMV, which is way below the amount the dealer charged me, so he shut his lying mouth. Since they charge you the registration and pay for it, they don’t expect you to see the receipt from the DMV unless you get it online. They feed off people that don’t get their receipts from the DMV’s website, and you still have to demand the refund. That could have been an easy $500 extra stolen by this stealership. 3- I was bitten on this one: Chris started telling me how I could end up upside down in my car loan and that he will offer me the magical gap insurance which he claims can be offered only at the time of purchase. He explained that it is an additional $15 on my monthly payments. I signed the paperwork just to find out the gap price is $850 . if it was $15 X 72 months = $1080. The difference was tucked in by the stealership. You have 60 days to cancel this coverage if desired for full refund. The stealership will keep the markup difference which is another class action material. My advice is not to get an additional coverage or service packages from this place since it is highly marked up. The gap coverage can be purchased anytime online from your financing bank for $250, way cheaper than what’s offered by Chris Dibenardo. Don’t get any additional services offered by the dealer “extended warranty, body film protection, gap insurance…” these are highly marked up by dealers and are definite rip offs. 4- This dealership doesn’t like to answer emails or return calls promptly despite that they tuck in $$$$ in stolen hidden fees, their attitude is that “we do you a favor by selling you a car”, If you ever feel that you have been deceived by this place or they are giving you the run about, then contact BBB, IL attorney general, IL Secretary of State Police and Infiniti customer relations. Don’t let them eat you alive. I have bought cars locally and out of state, from VA, IN, IL, NY “some are mom and pop dealers” It is day and night compared to the awful experience that I faced with these people here. You have been warned so good luck, you will need it. More

An exceptionally good experience I took my car in for a power steering issue and was taken care of by Service Advisor, Juan. He told me he would have looked at and call me. I was headed out of town and felt comfortable that I was in good hands. My car was ready the next day, but I was still out of town and needed to pick it up on a Sunday, when the dealership was closed. Juan offered to meet me there on Sunday to hand me my keys, despite the fact that he lives over an hour away. He also offered to come to my house to drop them off. I was floored by his willingness to help me. In the end, we figured out a simpler solution, but I have never had someone go so far to accommodate me on his day off. Thank you, Juan! More
