James and Killian, our Salesmen were extremely on top of their p We just recently purchased a certified preowned QX60 from Fields Infiniti in Glencoe. James and Killian, our Salesmen were extremely on top of their product line and knew exactly what we wanted and needed. We have been to so many luxury and non luxury car dealerships in the past month and none had given us the terrific service and reliability that we received here. We were never left waiting on all 4 visits there, before deciding upon our purchase and each time we were given generous amounts of their time and expertise. Killian was kind enough to photograph in detail the particular model we were looking for that had not been on site that day and sent some 30 photos to our cell phones- ended up being the car we bought! The next visit James gave us in extensive details a run down of the particular models we were looking at. He knew everything there is to know about luxury cars including Lexus and Acura and while we were confidently leaning towards a much higher priced Lexus model with higher miles at another dealership we are now very confident and satisfied in choosing this QX60. It was spotlessly clean from inside out and it still had the clean car smell even though it was a 2014 model. We were always skeptical about purchasing second hand automobiles before, however after seeing the cars at Fields Infiniti we dramatically changed our minds. Upon negotiating they were very flexible and happy to work with us fanatically and they even allowed us to take the car home for a night before deciding. We are so happy with our car and for us it looks brand new and feels brand new too! Thank you very much Killian and James for making this a wonderful and enjoyable experience!
