I live about 3 hours away from the dealership and there is no Infiniti dealership within my local so I requirement I had was to conduct as much of the transaction as possible over the internet. A lot of dealerships were not willing to do this but Fields was. After working through the nitty-gritty, I arrived one evening to inspect the car and sign the paperwork. There were some small anomolies with the car that I wasn't expecting but the dealership stepped-up and was very accommodating in offering to correct them. My salesperson knew his product and the dealership had a very friendly vibe. I would recommend them whole-heartedly. More

And Fields Infiniti resoundingly confirms my selection of leasing (again) and Infiniti G 37. I entertained getting a European car, but the combination of excellent dealer services plus a best-value performance car was so hard to decline. And working with Rene Chavez, the sales consultant, and the office folks made the transaction as assuring, efficient, professional and convenient as possible. Rene demonstrated a lot of patience, attentiveness and knowledge with someone like me who wants to negotiate for the best deal in town. And as for the venue, waiting at Fields premises is not much of an issue. They provide prompt service. And if you really have to wait - no problem because I can enjoy their huge lounge, free drinks and food. So I'm good for another 39 months. :) More

While buying a car can be a very stressful situation in this economy, my experience was quite different. After I test drove the car I was going to buy I sat down with Adam as he helped me through the paper this economy, my experience was quite different. After I test drove the car I was going to buy I sat down with Adam as he helped me through the paperwork process. He told me everything about the car that I wanted and was completly honest and up front. He was very kind and quick in getting the paperwork processed and getting me on my way. He made me feel very comfortable and did not place any pressure or try and persude me to buy anything more expensive. He did however, continuoulsy offer me some complementary ice cream. After I left the dealership he called a few weeks later to check up to make sure everything was going well with me a my new car - he truly is someone who cares about helping people. Even when I went back to get my tires changed he was there to sit and talk about my car and ask how I was enjoying it. If your going to buy a car from Fields Infiniti, I suggest having Adam as your sales associate. You will not be disappointed. More
