My experience at Fields Infiniti was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I found a used car that they were selling on AutoTrader.com and contacted them via email. I live about 5 1/2 hours away from the dealership, so I wanted to have everything in order before I made the trip there. I dealt with John David over the phone and via email to work out all of the pricing and trade-in negotiations. He found every way possible to make the deal work for both of us. When I made it to the dealership a few days after we made the deal, the service exceeded my expectations in every way possible. I pulled into the parking lot and they had the vehicle I was purchasing waiting in front for me. I then walked inside and before I could even ask, they greeted me saying, "Are you looking for John?" John David introduced himself and then introduced me to Rene Chavez, who was going to take over the paperwork portion of the car deal. They were both very friendly, as Rene guided me over to their "in-house" chef, who provided my father, my sister, and myself with a delicious free meal and drinks. John then came over to us to let us know that the vehicle was running and ready to take for a test drive whenever we were ready. We did so, then when we returned, Rene told us to make ourselves at home, with their many amenities (computers with internet access, movie theater, popcorn machine, television with leather furniture to relax in), while he got all the paperwork in order so we could get on our way. The visit was very fast, very comfortable, and very friendly. I think this is how a dealership should operate. The dealership was amazing and the staff was stellar. I was worried about making a 5 1/2 hour trip and then having a horrible experience. This was not the case in any way, shape, or form. I will be referring everyone I know that is looking for a vehicle to Fields Infiniti, and when I am in need of a new vehicle again, they will be the first dealership on my list. I thought I was purchasing a car but after I walked in, it was obvious that Fields Infiniti provides more than the imaginable. I found the FX35 on the internet at about noon on Wednesday and by Thursday I it was obvious that Fields Infiniti provides more than the imaginable. I found the FX35 on the internet at about noon on Wednesday and by Thursday I was driving home my dream car. When you stop in to Fields make sure you ask to meet Rene, he is the MAN! A real people's person who does more than just sell and when he offers to have his chef make you breakfast...He's not kidding! There's a chef on site ready to make your shopping experience tasty. The price was good, the car is great, but the service is off the charts!!! More

He is very knowledgeable and really cares about giving the customer their own chance to decide on that which will make them happy. In this economy purchasing an automobile is a very big expense and should not be trivialized by greedy sales people like at other dealerships. Fields is a wonderful organization and now that Mr Iverson has joined the team, they are that much better. More
