Brian Keener helped me purchasing my second new MINI 2024. He is very diligent, always followed up, and secured my car after I paid deposit which is a huge relief. He respected me and my requests. The dealer has a large inventory and trained their employees with outstanding customer service and keep what they promised. These things are unfortunately not found in all other dealers now a days. I personally had to drive over an hour to purchase my car at MINI of Montgomery County but I believe it was worth it given unpleasant customer service I experienced in other nearby dealers.
