I must say this dealership is amazing and really do take care of their customers. I purchased my first mini from them last year and wanted to upgrade to a bigger one this year. See I’m a truck driver and I literally bought my Mini over the phone with a simple callin telling them what I wanted. They stayed connected with me thru the whole process all the way to the day I came in to pick the car up. They really went above and beyond!!!!!! So if your ready for your Mini go see Shawn! And my new good friends behind the scene Sales manager Cody and the greatest Financial Manager Michelle. They will take really good care of you.. I guarantee you will walk out a satisfied customer. They take care of their customers. They do follow up calls the whole first year you own your car! Where do you service like that from other Mini! More

Routine service with recall I arrived for a routine service appointment on 5/9/18 (a Wed) and was told that my car also had a recall that would take a couple days so they sent me I arrived for a routine service appointment on 5/9/18 (a Wed) and was told that my car also had a recall that would take a couple days so they sent me home with a loaner. I had not heard anything by the following Monday, so I called the dealer to check the status and learned that my car was done. When I looked at my invoice, I discovered that they had finished the work on Friday morning but they never contacted me. The car is running fine, but then it was fine before I took it in. It's a good thing I had the loaner; otherwise I would have been without wheels for the weekend. More

Car Owner I brought my Mini in for an Appointment to see why the check engine display was on. I made the appointment for 4/30/2018. I received a warranty letter I brought my Mini in for an Appointment to see why the check engine display was on. I made the appointment for 4/30/2018. I received a warranty letter for the Thermostat Housing with thermostat and I told the service attendant that I thought that was the problem. He informed me that there would be an $125.00 Diagnostic Fee if that wasn't the problem. After Running there test they indeed determined that it was the Thermostat. Thinking that they were fixing the problem, instead after a extended wait he came and told me that before they fix the problem he wanted to let me know that if they brake a line or a hose that is connected to the thermostat while replacing it I would be liable for the cost of new hoses, lines and the labor associated with it, to the tone of over $400.00. On top of that he still wanted to charge me for the Diagnostic test even though it was determined to be the Thermostat. I was very disappointed in what seem to be bad service treatment. My cars thermostat is not fixed as of yet to afraid of the unknowns. More
